Things that bug MadIce

For some time now Stardock has an IRC server. You can chat there with developers, skinners and WinCustomizers. It is probably the fastest way to get support when the right people are present there.

If you don't have an IRC client then you can still visit us by using an applet you'll find at:
https://www.stardock.com/stardock/chat/

We used to be on EFnet but that was too much of a hasle. If you have an IRC client then you can visit us at irc.stardock.com (port 6667) and join the #Stardock and #WinCustomize channels.

If you want you can add your own channels there. Nicknames can be protected by using NickServ. You can leave messages to other people on the channel by using MemoServ. You can get help about these services by type /motd at the prompt.

If you run into problems there then contact one of the following IRC admins:
esatori (Ed)
Frogboy
GreenReap
MadIce
Nakor
Or just ask one of the ops at #Stardock. People tend to change their nicks from time to time. Chances are that at least one of them is present.

Cya there.
